<description>Can you creative people help with this wedding invitation?
I have got white gatefold invitations and ordered black organza ribbon to tie it together. Under the outer ribbon i MIGHT put a strip of paper in my third colour to make it look more cheerful. Kind of like this:

http://www.weddingcrafter.co.uk/uploads/images/products/large/gatefold-band-brown-cream.gif

and I dont know what colour insert to put on the inside because obviously you cant print white on black paper and black would have been my first choice for the black and white theme.I want to use an insert because i think it will just &#039;finish&#039; it off. I also have loads of diamantes but I am not sure where or if i should use these. As for the third colour it is currently undecided but we shall call it blue/turqoise for now. I dont know how black printed on a turquoise insert would look?

In short: What colour insert should I use or shouldnt I use one? And were should I put the diamantes and do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks :D Im really creative and used to make cards but I havent done it for ages so i dont have all the craft stuff and paper that I used to so I am finding i need to make decisions before buying to save money.

Yea.. not sure about the diamantes, ordered clear super glue and got fine tweezers just incase.
My centre pieces are checkers/chess board themed so where the paper is i might but a strip of wide check ribbon :D but then i probably shud have a thin blue rather than black ribbon to tie it together. Hmm

<description>Did you make your own wedding invitations?
What program did you use, and how long it take? &amp; how many guests did you have. Did you find it cheaper in the end then ordering them?

If you didn&#039;t make your wedding invitations, how much did they cost for the amount of guests you invited?

		<description>Canada Post and Vintage Stamps?
I have these really pretty vintage Canadian stamps from the 50s and 60s and I want to use them to mail my wedding invitations. I heard that it is fine to use unused old stamps to mail a letter as long as they add up to the current postage rate. Postage is currently 57cents for a regular letter. I have to use approx 9 stamps per envelope (most of them are 5cents each) to get the correct postage! Will Canada Post still accept a letter with 9 stamps on it? Do I have to arrange them all in a row or can I fit them all around the corner?

		<description>Fill-in-the-blank wedding invitations? Please Help.?
The bride and groom are Ashley Wingo and Kalvin Lankford. The wedding is December 11th, 2010 at 7pm.
These are what they say:
 For________
 Date_______
 Time_______
 Place_______
 RSVP______
Now what would I put on the line after each? Please don&#039;t judge my knowledge on weddings, I am only 17 and planning it on my own. Please just help me.
I am planning a wedding at 17 because I am getting married to the boy of my dreams that I have been dating for 3 years and have know for 8 years. We have lived together for a long time and now we think its time for the next step.

<description>Can you critique my wedding invites please?
Hi girls,

A few opinion questions before-hand.

1. My parents are paying for the wedding, so I want their names on the invite. Does it look bad if we don&#039;t include fiance&#039;s dad? Fiance says it&#039;s unnecessary and if we include fiance&#039;s dad&#039;s name then fiance&#039;s dad wants his deceased&#039;s wife name on there. And if the deceased&#039;s wife&#039;s name is on there, fiance&#039;s dad&#039;s fiance (yes, it&#039;s complicated lol) has already said to me: &quot;if her name is on the invite and mine isn&#039;t, that will be very hard for me to see.&quot;
So, to avoid all of this, my fiance has said just to not put his dad&#039;s name on.
Is it rude to put my parents&#039; names on it, and not fiance&#039;s dad and deceased mom?

2. For my parents&#039; names can I leave out Mr. and Mrs.? I think it&#039;s so weird when it says Mr. and Mrs. Bob and Sue Jones.
I&#039;ve never liked how Mrs. is before Bob.

3. Can I put the address of the venue on the invites?

Here is my invite. Please let me know what you think:
http://www.weddingpaperdivas.com/product/1971/signature_ecru_wedding_invitations_natural_wildflower.html

Here is my wording:

Bob and Sue Jones
request the pleasure of your company
at the marriage of their daughter

Shoegal Anne
to
Shoeguy Alan Smith

Friday, the fifteenth of July
two thousand eleven
half past four in the afternoon

Wedding Place Name
123 Wedding Road
Toronto, Ontario

Reception to follow

We aren&#039;t doing programs. The ceremony and the reception are in the same place, with the reception starting right after the ceremony. I plan on just having our MC announce the room name and dinner plans about 5 minutes before the ceremony starts when the guests are seated
Here is the link to the invite.
