and I dont know what colour insert to put on the inside because obviously you cant print white on black paper and black would have been my first choice for the black and white theme.I want to use an insert because i think it will just ‘finish’ it off. I also have loads of diamantes but I am not sure where or if i should use these. As for the third colour it is currently undecided but we shall call it blue/turqoise for now. I dont know how black printed on a turquoise insert would look?

In short: What colour insert should I use or shouldnt I use one? And were should I put the diamantes and do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks Im really creative and used to make cards but I havent done it for ages so i dont have all the craft stuff and paper that I used to so I am finding i need to make decisions before buying to save money.

Yea.. not sure about the diamantes, ordered clear super glue and got fine tweezers just incase.
My centre pieces are checkers/chess board themed so where the paper is i might but a strip of wide check ribbon but then i probably shud have a thin blue rather than black ribbon to tie it together. Hmm

A few opinion questions before-hand.

1. My parents are paying for the wedding, so I want their names on the invite. Does it look bad if we don’t include fiance’s dad? Fiance says it’s unnecessary and if we include fiance’s dad’s name then fiance’s dad wants his deceased’s wife name on there. And if the deceased’s wife’s name is on there, fiance’s dad’s fiance (yes, it’s complicated lol) has already said to me: “if her name is on the invite and mine isn’t, that will be very hard for me to see.”
So, to avoid all of this, my fiance has said just to not put his dad’s name on.
Is it rude to put my parents’ names on it, and not fiance’s dad and deceased mom?

2. For my parents’ names can I leave out Mr. and Mrs.? I think it’s so weird when it says Mr. and Mrs. Bob and Sue Jones.
I’ve never liked how Mrs. is before Bob.

3. Can I put the address of the venue on the invites?

We aren’t doing programs. The ceremony and the reception are in the same place, with the reception starting right after the ceremony. I plan on just having our MC announce the room name and dinner plans about 5 minutes before the ceremony starts when the guests are seated
